2017 Brain Jumpstart For Positive Thinking & Prosperity

Ideal Brain Diet for 2017

Think and Grow Rich & As A Man Thinketh

Napoleon Hill and James Allen Best Quotes

Think and Grow Rich

All achievement, all earned riches, have their beginning in an idea!

Remember, no more effort is required to aim high in life, to demand abundance and prosperity, than is required to accept misery and poverty.

Hold a picture of yourself long and steadily enough in your mind's eye, and you will be drawn toward it.

The starting point of all achievement is desire.

Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything.

The starting point of all achievement is desire.

Let us not forget, Columbus dreamed of an Unknown world, staked his life on the existence of such a world, and discovered it!

Copernicus, the great astronomer, dreamed of a multiplicity of worlds, and revealed them!

Practical dreamers DO NOT QUIT!

If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.

There is but one dependable method of accumulating, and legally holding riches, and that is by rendering useful service.

Money, without brains, always is dangerous. Properly used, it is the most important essential of civilization.

Knowledge will not attract money, unless it is organized, and intelligently directed, through practical plans of action, to the definite end of accumulation of money.

It has been said that man can create anything which he can imagine.

I fully realize that no wealth or position can long endure, unless built upon truth and justice, therefore, I will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all whom it affects.

Cherish your visions and your dreams as they are the children of your soul, the blueprints of your ultimate achievements.

All the breaks you need in life wait within your imagination; Imagination is the workshop of your mind, capable of turning mind energy into accomplishment and wealth.

Ideas are the beginning points of all fortunes.

One must marry one's feelings to one's beliefs and ideas. That is probably the only way to achieve a measure of harmony in one's life.

More gold has been mined from the thoughts of men than has been taken from the earth.

We are what we are, because of the vibrations of thought which we pick up and register, through the stimuli of our daily environment.

Tolerance and an open mind are practical necessities of the dreamer of today
Truly, thoughts are things, and their scope of operation is the world, itself.

First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

Man, alone, has the power to transform his thoughts into physical reality; man, alone, can dream and make his dreams come true.

We are what we are, because of the vibrations of thought which we pick up and register, through the stimuli of our daily environment.

Self-disciplined begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don't control what you think, you can't control what you do. Simply, self-discipline enables you to think first and act afterward.

If you do not see great riches in your imagination, you will never see them in your bank balance.

Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge.

Your big opportunity may be right where you are now.

No man is ever whipped until he quits in his own mind.

Our minds become magnetized with the dominating thoughts we hold in our minds and these magnets attract to us the forces, the people, the circumstances of life which harmonize with the nature of our dominating thoughts.

Any idea, plan, or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought.

Money without brains is always dangerous.

More gold has been mined from the thoughts of men than has been taken from the earth.

You give before you get.

The most interesting thing about a postage stamp is the persistence with which it sticks to its job.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to cut all sources of retreat. Only by doing so can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind known as a burning desire to win - essential to success.

Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure.

The man who does more than he is paid for will soon be paid for more than he does.

It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.

Success in its highest and noblest form calls for peace of mind and enjoyment and happiness which come only to the man who has found the work that he likes best.

It takes half your life before you discover life is a do-it-yourself project.
Just as our eyes need light in order to see, our minds need ideas in order to conceive.

Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure.

You are engaged in an undertaking of major importance to you. To be sure of success, you must have plans which are faultless.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

Do not wait; the time will never be "just right." Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along

Action is the real measure of intelligence.

It is always your next move.

I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my Definite Purpose in life, therefore, I demand of myself persistent, continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action.

Big pay and little responsibility are circumstances seldom found together.

Opportunity often comes disguised in the form of misfortune, or temporary defeat.
Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle…

The world has the habit of making room for the man whose actions show that he knows where he is going.

The majority of men meet with failure because of their lack of persistence in creating new plans to take the place of those which fail.

A positive mental attitude allows you to clear all obstacles between you and your definite purpose.

Resolve to throw off the influences of any unfortunate environment, and to build your own life to ORDER.

Hold a picture of yourself long and steadily enough in your mind's eye, and you will be drawn toward it.

Self-discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don't control what you think, you can't control what you do. Simply, self-discipline enables you to think first and act afterward.

Any idea, plan, or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought.

Your ability to use the principle of autosuggestion will depend, very largely, upon your capacity to concentrate upon a given desire until that desire becomes a burning obsession.

The basis of persistence is the Power of Will

No one desires negative experiences. However, acquire the habit of seeing the benefit in adversity.

A Master Mind is when two or more people work in perfect harmony for the attainment of a definite purpose.

POWER is essential for success in the accumulation of money.

“The “Master Mind” may be defined as: “Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.
PLANS are inert and useless, without sufficient POWER to translate them into ACTION.
In planning to acquire your share of the riches, let no one influence you to scorn the dreamer

One of the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat. Every person is guilty of this mistake at one time or another.

Weak  desires bring  weak  results,  just  as  a  small  amount  of  fire  makes  a  small amount of heat.

Accurate analysis of over 25,000 men and women who had experienced failure,  disclosed  the  fact  that Lack of Decision was  near  the  head  of  the  list of  the  30  major  causes  of  failure.

Education comes from within; you get it by struggle and effort and thought.

Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed on an equal or greater benefit.

Procrastination is the bad habit of putting off until the day after tomorrow what should have been done the day before yesterday.

Always learn from your mistakes and never lose sight of your ultimate goal. With any loss there comes a more heightened awareness to fault or weakness. If something does not go according to plan, do not let it discourage you. Go back to the drawing board and pick up where you left off.

Big pay and little responsibility are circumstances seldom found together.

Fears are nothing more than a state of mind.

Education comes from within; you get it by struggle and effort and thought.

Before success comes in any man's life, he's sure to meet with much temporary defeat and, perhaps some failures. When defeat overtakes a man, the easiest and the most logical thing to do is to quit. That's exactly what the majority of men do.

The ladder of success is never crowded at the top

Procrastination, the opposite of decision, is a common enemy which practically every man must conquer.

Color Blind Challenged Female Artist - Juhli Jansen

My eye examination was a blessing in disguise!

My art teacher suggest I get my eyes checked, since she though my color combinations were atrocious. I knew what she really meant was that I needed to get my head examined.

It had been years since my last eye exam.

Doc said, " in my thirty years of practice, I have never seen a color blind woman."
I was thrilled, this confused doc, and then I explained. . .

I wasn't a lousy artist - I just couldn't see!
Hmmm maybe I am a lousy artist and color blind.

Thank you, you miserable, cranky teacher for suggesting the eye exam.
Learning this turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

TBI Tramatic Brain Injury - Where Is My Gift?

Throughout the news I see stories about people who sustained brain injuries in varying degrees, who are now wonderfully creative artists.

My question to you is; What gift if any did you receive?
Give me hope, share them with me juhli.jansen@gmail.com

Me nada, nothing. Though hope springs eternal I keep searching, trying different things looking for my hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

I enjoy working with my hands, and painting seemed like a logic fist choice?
Then I remember that one of my concussions damaged my frontal lobes, which processes executive function. Decisions, I make them alright, but they are impulsive and not what you would call organized.

Yet off I went to get my art supplies. Cleaned out my daughters old bedroom and created my sanctuary of color.

My husband suggested that I take an art class to learn the basics. I'm not what you call a group person. My new post concussion personality is a bit intense, and I discovered most artists are quiet and serious, which is not me.

The only class available at that time was an advanced class. The teacher was a professional artist who taught at the Cocoran College of Art. All the other students were already selling their paintings for thousands. There were working on their huge canvases with confidence

In a corner I was with my     24 X 30 canvas waiting patiently for some instruction.
As the teacher chatted with all the season artists, it became obvious that the class was about critique and an occasional guidance not instruction.

Finally she drifted over to my easel. Her attitude changed from praise shock and awe,
"Your colors are not complimentary," she bellowed. "Where did you go to school, don't you know the color wheel, why are you in this class?"

It was at that time I knew I was in for 12 weeks of artistic hell.

I AM What I Am - Recovering From My Brain Concussion

Since my brain concussion many things have changed; primarily my personality for example.

Though in the past no one would label me as being "politically correct", the filter of my communication style is less filtered. I've come to a point in my life where I believe "What people think of me, is none of my business!"  Which loosely translated means . . . I don't give a rats ass!

I've edit Stuart Wilde's, "The Warriors Prayer".

I am what I am.
What I am is beauty and strength.
And if you can see the light within me,
then we'll be friends.
If not, oh well, some will, some won't, so what
NEXT!
